Hi everyone,

I have been getting the Sophos ransomware error message since today and NTLite can no longer access a file. However, the message does not tell me which file is in use. I have had this problem before with another PC. On that PC, I had completely disabled Windows Defender + ransomware... It didn't help and the error message continued to appear. I have attached a screenshot of the error message below. This is German language.

Hi,
that means something was taking hold of a file or a directory inside a mount directory during unloading.
Mount directory is found by right-clicking and choosing Explore Mount Directory.

That message mentions Sophos antivirus, haven't seen any similar reports to it after that.
Potentially try rebooting, then without loading the image right-click and Unload it (without saving changes).
Then redo the process, if it happens again, attach the %temp%\ntlite.log at the moment of the error, maybe something extra in it.
