that GPO is only locked by Win SKU payroll, and can't be activated without Windows SE, EDU & ENT editions. Tried & Tested.
Even I've activated that in ENT & then reverted to Pro (by changing the license) just to test whether that policy remains active or not
Not possible in Home & Pro unless MSFT wants to.

Got issues with my windows 11 store with 22H2. Just doesn't work no matter what I do. Even did a iso repair/upgrade and still issues. I downloaded the appx from the website with all the necessary distros/vc's to fix it but won't even install(sorry away from my PC but something to the lines of app installer or install from original folder.
It shows in the folder but does absolutely nothing. Repair through advanced nothing, powershelled the hell out of it but mostly red errors, CMD the crap out of it but nothing there either.
If anyone has an idea on how to fix it let me know or I will just have to do a clean format and install (which I hope I don't have to do again)

This sounds more involved than a quick answer.
Open a new thread where you can summarize what Store isn't doing, along with your preset.

Present not needed since it was a direct iso vanilla download with no edits whatsoever. Something must have not worked quite right in 22H2(had issues with the upgrade before) and now. Might be just a clean slate again

Bit the bullet and cleaned it out. Store is now working fingers crossed lol
Before sharing, I have to see if nuhi agrees the script belongs here, or on MDL. There's nothing terribly bad inside, but it's cheeky.

Try see if you messed something up in Settings - look attached pic as NTL is updated with a unique search feature finding all searchword related points.
I learned it's a good thing to revamp preset when MS release a new version, ie. from 22H1 (.978) to 22H2 (.521).
A good example is in 22H1 i could remove Powershell 32 bit and Office c2r installed just fine.
Using the same preset in 22H2 Office c2r install stay forever on red install box: "We're getting things ready" before go on with the white box telling which Office programs get installed.
Edit my 22H1 preset keeping Powerhell 32-bit - Office c2r install worked like a charm as usual.
My point is that, when a problem sometimes seems inextricably it's better to start over via copies of preset and edit those (.xml file editable via opening with Notepad) for the exclusion method to make things work.

People will always use ms's own built in or store app stuff even though they may suck monkey balls. Some by choice, some dont have a choice, they have to use X so they can use Y. We must always respect people choices.
